- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Cook sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt over medium heat until boiling.
- Boil for 4–5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolates until melted.
- Add marshmallow creme and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
- Pour into pan and let set completely before cutting.
Notes
Use real chocolate bars for the smoothest texture.
