Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup evaporated milk
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 oz semisweet chocolate chopped
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate chopped
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt

  • Wooden spoon
  • 8x8 inch pan

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cook sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt over medium heat until boiling.
  3. Boil for 4–5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chocolates until melted.
  5. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour into pan and let set completely before cutting.

Notes

Use real chocolate bars for the smoothest texture.
