  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup buttermilk more for thinner consistency
  • 1 tbsp parsley fresh, minced
  • 1 tbsp dill fresh, minced
  • 1 tbsp chives fresh, sliced
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk together in a bowl.
  2. Stir in parsley, dill, and chives.
  3. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Adjust consistency with more buttermilk as needed.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For thicker dip-style ranch, use less buttermilk. For pourable dressing, add more.
