Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb ribeye steak thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Keto Dough
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1.25 cups almond flour
  • 1 egg

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet.
  2. Cook onions and peppers until softened, remove from pan.
  3. Cook steak with seasoning until browned.
  4. Combine steak with vegetables and let cool.
  5. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese, mix with almond flour and egg to form dough.
  6. Roll dough into rectangle, spread filling and cheese.
  7. Roll tightly, slice, place on baking sheet.
  8. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Seal edges well before baking to prevent cheese leakage.
