- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cook chopped bacon until crispy and set aside.
- Place carrots on a baking sheet and drizzle with butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until evenly coated.
- Roast for 25–35 minutes, tossing halfway, until caramelized and tender.
- Top with crispy bacon and garnish with herbs before serving.
Notes
Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for deeper caramelization.
