- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter and carrots to the skillet, tossing to coat.
- Stir in garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in maple syrup and simmer covered until carrots are tender.
- Add bacon back in and cook uncovered until glaze thickens.
