- Mix yogurt with garlic and salt; set aside at room temperature.
- Poach eggs in gently simmering water for 3–4 minutes.
- Melt butter and stir in paprika and Aleppo pepper; remove from heat.
- Spread yogurt into bowls and top with poached eggs.
- Drizzle spiced butter over eggs and garnish with herbs.
