Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 0.25 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 tbsp milk

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in ramekin.
  2. Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
  3. Microwave 45–75 seconds until set.

Notes

Do not overcook. Center should remain slightly soft for fudgy texture.
