Ingredients
  

Buttercream
  • 1 cup vegan butter softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender
  • 2-3 tbsp plant-based milk for consistency
  • 1 tsp lavender syrup optional
  • 1-2 drops purple food coloring optional

Method
 

  1. Warm plant-based milk and steep lavender for 10 minutes, then strain.
  2. Beat softened vegan butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and lavender-infused milk.
  5. Beat until creamy and adjust consistency as needed.
  6. Add optional purple food coloring for a soft lavender color.
  7. Whip briefly until fluffy and use for frosting cakes or cupcakes.

Notes

Use culinary lavender only to avoid bitterness.
