Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 shallots chopped
  • 1 red chili sliced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 green onions sliced

Equipment

  • Wok or large skillet
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Caramelize sugar in hot oil until amber.
  2. Add aromatics and pork mince; cook until browned.
  3. Stir in fish sauce and soy; simmer until sticky.
  4. Finish with lime juice and garnish.
