  • 8 oz block feta cheese
  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 10 oz pasta

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place tomatoes in baking dish and add feta in center.
  3. Bake until tomatoes burst and feta softens.
  4. Cook pasta until al dente.
  5. Stir baked feta and tomatoes into creamy sauce.
  6. Toss pasta with sauce and fresh basil.

Use full-fat block feta for best texture and flavor.
