Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chunks
  • 2 tbsp sparkling sugar optional for decoration
Snowy Finish
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips for drizzle
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar for dusting
  • white or silver sprinkles optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in dry ingredients until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and white chocolate chunks.
  5. Scoop dough onto baking sheets and top with sparkling sugar if desired.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes or until golden at edges. Cool 5 minutes, then transfer to rack.
  7. Drizzle melted white chocolate over cooled cookies. Add sprinkles and dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

Store in airtight container for 5 days or freeze up to 3 months. Great for cookie exchanges or holiday gifting.
