- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan.
- Separate eggs and whip whites to stiff peaks.
- Mix yolks with yogurt, baking powder, salt, and psyllium.
- Fold egg whites gently into mixture.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth top.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool completely before slicing.
