Bread Base
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt unsweetened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan.
  2. Separate eggs and whip whites to stiff peaks.
  3. Mix yolks with yogurt, baking powder, salt, and psyllium.
  4. Fold egg whites gently into mixture.
  5. Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth top.
  6. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Cool completely before slicing.
